Just a short off the cuff message here. I’ve been feeling pretty blah and sometimes blue-almost bored but I’m done with that! Life is actually pretty great for me. I have nothing to complain about. I’m taking a trip to meet friends in a month, stealing away for my birthday and recovering from the shoulder injury(thank you cortisone shot!). I even got my first lengthy bike ride in on a beautifully sunny day. Things are peacefully good.

And one last thing…thanks for posting on my idiosyncratic laundering habits and on my birthday of all days.

Love your posts on Italy. Now that I have two kids to take care of I must live precariously through you!

J – I went with friends over to the Olympic Peninsula. It was totally peaceful and restful. I feel odd that I never finished my Italy blogging and never even got to Paris! My favorite part! But alas. Hey, so hope the kiddies are keeping you on your toes. Send a photo when you have the chance!
